These gatherings are special events where we come together to share, listen and connect with nature, ourselves and each other, to gather our breath and gather our thoughts. This in-person event offers a safe space for women of all ages to unwind, recharge, and find inspiration. Whether you're seeking solace, friendship, or simply a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life, the Woodland Gatherings are the perfect opportunity to nurture your mind, body, and soul.
You are welcome to join us just the once or attend regularly as we build a supportive network of connected women. The whole session takes place outdoors, so please do dress for the weather! Sturdy footwear with a good grip is essential. In rainy weather, we do have tarps to put up over the campfire area. In the 4 hours together, we will spend time in guided mindful moments of forest bathing. We will then relax at the fire pit for drinks and conversation.
For lunch we will prepare a meal together which will be cooked at the campfire and shared in circle together. After lunch there will be a natural craft to have a go at if you choose to. We will end our time together with an opportunity to reflect and release in our closing fire ceremony. If you would like to come along but can't stay for the whole session, that's fine.
