Perfect for families seeking some magic this Christmas, the play tells the story of Merry Elwin the elf who has lost his Christmas spirit! Despite living in Lapland, Elwin is miserable! Santa visits Elwin and tells him to go on a journey to experience Christmas traditions in countries around the world. Elwin is joined by Holly who loves Christmas and accompanies him on his search for his Christmas spirit. Holly is bright-eyed, full of joy and determined to help Elwin see the magic that is all around him through friendship and kindness.
Join Elwin, Holly and their magical festive passport as they globe-trot from Germany to Mexico to Switzerland to Australia, and even to Tokyo, where lanterns light up the sky at Christmas!
Merry Elwin is a delightful tale told by a small cast of 2 fantastic actors, a BSL interpreter, and a simple sleigh as the set. There are stories, songs and rhymes offering festive fun for all the family and plenty of giggles to keep little ones entertained.
