Today me and my mum went to a circuit class together! I was a bit nervous because I’d never done it before but I was ready to give it a good go!
First we got warmed up. Then Kat (the fitness teacher) showed us what to do. She was really friendly and was a good teacher.
I started with the dumbbells and enjoyed using them. I also did shuttle runs in between cones, (which was my favourite) high knees on the trampoline, boxing on the punch bag and used the aerobics step too! I joined in with some of the exercises that mum was doing like sit ups.
I thought I did a good job for saying it was my first time. I really enjoyed it and would love to do it again. I think you should give it a try as well, just like me!
