Join in with 'SINGING FOR SANITY' 🎤 🎵 🎶

Terrianne started ‘Singing for Sanity’ when she struggled mentally in the first lockdown. Anxiety and panic attacks took over and the only thing that seemed to help let out her emotion was belting out a song she loved.

Lessons are more than learning to sing, they can help you gain that same kind of release through music and if you’re struggling right now please try out one of the free lessons. 💓
  • FREE 30 minute group class every Saturday at 5.30pm via Zoom. Suitable for all levels and open to absolutely everyone.
  • The aim of the class is to let go, have some fun and raise our mood.
  • Each week we sing a different upbeat feel good song. You don't have to join every week - just whenever you feel like it!

Terrianne is also offering one free 30 minute one to one singing lesson per person with the same aim - to let go and gain some release in this difficult time.
